Do I need an account to use zyntForms?
No. You can build and share forms right now without signing up at all. Your forms and responses are stored for 14 days. Create a free account anytime to keep them permanently — your work migrates instantly, no rebuild needed.
What is the Credits plan?
Credits let you pay only when you get value — not per month. Buy a pack ($1–$30), and credits are consumed when responses arrive above your free 100/month, or when you activate a pro feature on a specific form. There is no monthly commitment. If you consistently spend $12+ in credits per month, we'll email you an offer to switch to Pro and save.
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. No time limit, no credit card required. You get unlimited forms and 100 responses per month for as long as you use zyntForms. When you need more, top up with credits or upgrade to Pro.
What are payment forms, and which plans support them?
Payment forms let your respondents pay directly through the form — event tickets, registrations, intake fees. Free accounts cannot use payment forms to prevent misuse. Credits users pay a 2.5% platform fee per transaction; Pro users pay 1.5%. Payments are processed via Pesapal (mobile money + cards).
How does AI form generation work?
Describe your form in plain language — "a patient intake form with name, date of birth, chief complaint, and consent checkbox" — and zyntForms generates the complete form structure. You can edit any field before publishing.
Can I manage multiple companies from one account?
